For Anayce, go with a pretty but more common middle name. That way, the child has a balance- and if she goes through a stage where she doesn't particularly like her unusual first name, at least she has a 'normal' middle name. Maybe something like Anayce Marie or Anayce Michelle.
For Lexie, how about Alexa: it's not as laborious as Alexandra but more feminine than Alexis. Alexa Patricia, Alexa Nicole, Alexa Noelle, there are so many possibilities.
And Paiton?? It's a boys name.....so balance it with a feminine middle name. You could do Paiton Alexandra, then you get the 'Lexie', too. Or Paiton Elizabeth. And Paiton goes nicely with Grace as a middle name. (as does Alexa)

I take it that your aunt is having a girl. Girls are so much fun! I like Payton (Paiton) with Grace as the middle name. It flows real nice when you say it. Lexie Grace isn't bad, but it doesn't flow as nice.

Alexis Grace and Peyton Grace are both beautiful.
[ I recommend spelling names the traditional way, or your child wll have to correct paperwork all her life! ]
