Are you eating enough? You should be taking in 300 extra calories a day to provide your baby with optimum nutrition.
Have a healthy snack at 2:30-3:00.
Are you getting enough rest? Some pregnant women need more than 12 hours of sleep a day. Can you take a nap?
Are you drinking enough fluids? Try to drink 8 glasses a day of water, juice, and milk.
I am assuming you don't have any complications that you know of.
If the headaches persist, call your doctor.

I had the same thing. They would eventually get so bad that they were migraines, not headaches anymore. I hope yours don't go that route. I still have them 9 months post-partum. I hope that doesn't happen, either. You also might want to call your doc because sometimes that can be indicative of high blood pressure. If not, be sure you get some rest during the day because sometimes that can do it. Make sure that you're eating, too. I know no one wants to gain too much weight, but you have to make sure you're getting enough to keep you going. I don't know what your situation is, so I tried to cover everything that they told me when I had that problem. Good luck!

I will be 7 weeks tomorrow. I get headaches sometimes. I usually nibble on something or get up and walk around a bit. Tylenol is okay to take, but I wouldn't take it too much...only if you have to.

don't worry this is a classic pregnancy symptom caused by increasing hormones you'll probably find you'll get headaches on and off throughout your whole pregnancy or they may completely stop after 13 weeks but everyone is different.
try drinking plenty of water as dehydration can cause them, make sure your getting plenty of rest and not stressed out and take paracetamol for pain relief if they get really bad as this is save to take when pregnant.
hope this helps but please do not worry its perfectly normal.
congrats

i had the same thing, trust me they go away, try laying down around 2:30 so maybe you can get a nap in and sneak around the head aches. lol the other thing you could try doing is when you get them eat something with alot of sugar in it your sugar could be low! that happened to me as well. and make sure at your next dr. visit you tell him/her about it so maybe they can give you some good pointers or something to help! Good Luck Congrads and i hope this helps you!
God Bless
