i just saw an interview with him that was really recent (april 19,2007) and he said that he had a ring because he forund "someone special". just wondering if anyone heard about this

I know I'm a little late, but I'll answer anyway. Gerard did have a girl friend, but they broke up a while ago. I'm pretty sure that the ring for his grandmother that died around the time Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge was being recorded. A few days ago, my friend told me that he was engaged but I doubt it because he just broke up with his ex!

The ring i think your talking about is in the video I Don't Love you and its Elena (Gerard and Mikey's dead grandmother) so it can't be a girlfriend unless its another ring
