No. I saw many of the Grey's Anatomy people, including the Set and a tour of the Set on Oprah.
It's just a set like any other, that means that the studio has done their job. If it looks real to you then the set has don it's good.

No. It is filmed at ABC Television Center.
Scrubs is filmed at a real closed hospital - North Hollywood Medical Center.

It is fake, it is just a normal set, and yes very convincing, but you can see that it is a set when they show you it behind the sceens, thats where i saw it!
