I saw someone selling one sock (apparently to combine with another lonely sock), fake poop, a blank piece of paper, and a big collection of corks.

There was this news I read online about a woman who wanted to give up all of her possessions because she was going to become a Buddhist or practice Zen or something like that and show she wanted to give away everything she owned on eBay. You can look up her story. It's sad actually because the bidding didn't even get up to 2 thousand bucks and then eBay cancelled her listing because of some issue with her saying the money would go to charity. Then she relisted it and she got even less money from the bidding. Well, I guess trying to sell all your possessions on eBay in one listing isn't such a great idea.

I can beat all of those. Every year at my high school, there is something called the "Senior Prank" where a Senior will do something as a gag to the school. One year they blocked the entrance of the school with a ten foot wall of snow, the year before, they had a food fight in the cafeteria. The most recent prank, however, was when some Internet genieus decided to list our high school on e-Bay. They included everything along with the teachers, the janitors and the football field.

The funniest part was, no principal could ever track who posted it on the Internet. It was soon deleted right after the student found out that someone had bid $2 million for it. That's when I knew that I have seen it all.

Three things stand out;
1. A perogy with the likeness of Tom Cruise. It was hilarious, the guy even made it a tiny hat and drew an "argh" face on it.
2. A haunted/cursed mirror that stole the owner's youth over the past 20 years LOL!
3. A haunted potato chip. it looked like it had two eyes and a little mouth saying "OOOOOH!" The story went that the bag of chips it was in kept mysteriously falling onto the floor, and when it was finally opened for eating, the ghostly little chip was found inside.
I like Ebay and now and then kill time looking for quirky little items like that. BTW, the Tom Cruise perogy was the only one of the three that sold. Some lucky Ebayer got it for $5!

I heard once that there was a guy selling a piece of toast that had "the face of Jesus" burned in to it.

I also heard of someone selling their forehead....for advertisement purposes. If you bought this guys forehead, you could tattoo whatever you wanted on it and he would walk around showing it to people.

Lastly, I hear of a couple selling the naming rights to their baby..for a high enough bid, you could name their child whatever you wanted!

i had seen a listing that tried to sell a time machine and the guy guaranteed that you could travel back in time or your money back....so funny....it had bidders as well!!!
another guy was selling himself for a weekend to a 'lucky' lady and she would have to take him to a 5 star hotel in scotland and of course pay for everything....the rest is up to imagination.....as for bidders they were so so many and the guy was not even good looking.....reatching a low point in your life that would be to offer yourself on ebay!

curiously somebody placed the britain soccer group on after their disasterous overall performance in final year's international Cup. could have enjoyed to have seen the vendor wrangle his way out of that one whilst it bought!
