Yes, I've been there before. I had to smack myself out of it because it isn't fair to me or anyone else who cares about me.

Big hugs on you.

I unexpectedly met an identical situation, and that i solved it via working for the substitute i desire to work out in the U. S.. Neither important party will do it, so I joined the Libertarians and grew to grow to be energetic in my community. I volunteer, attend conferences, and truly help the party advance in the direction of what I see through fact the yankee dream. The Libertarians won't be suitable for you, so I advise you apart from could take a glance on the Reform party and the fairway party (hell, you would be able to additionally pass refer to the Socialists). attempt to discover a team of those which you incredibly connect with, and then artwork mutually to realize your aims. The stranglehold the democrats and republicans have is initiating to weaken. The time for severe third events is now. not something will revitalize your interest in politics like commencing out as a brilliant underdog!

Sometimes I do get to the point that I don't care anymore but it only happens then when I am helpless and out of hope.
Sometimes I just can't get my bf to understand how I feel when he spends all the weekends with his kids and I am stuck at home when I'd rather spend time with him. Then I just get pissed off and not care. Why try if it never works.

I've found myself feeling alone and helpless and not caring about a thing. At my lowest point I encountered a man who had given up on life and was about to take his own life. Through the grace of GOD I was able to talk him out of it. He is now back on his feet and doing quite well. I quote my sainted Grandmother " No matter how bad life seems always remember there is always someone a lot worse off than you".

I have been there with Clinical Depression. Had to be hospitalized a year ago when it got bad. I take medication and that has helped.....during my dark time, I kept a journal for many days and when I read it now, it scary, but the journaling helped me see where I was at and what I needed to do to escape....and I still journal sometimes. I have to be ever mindful of my illness so it doesn't try to destroy me again.

Good lord.
I have no idea what led you to this question but for goodness sakes no.
Defeat and apathy are the worst places to be hun.
Don't let those feelings overwhelm you or lead you down that path.
We all have things in our lives we wish we could take back or do over, but nothing ever stops me from trying and succeeding frankly.
Effort and attitude mean just as much and at times more than ability in many ways.
Peace in all things.
