Let the al-Maliki government fail or succeed on its' own. Why not leave our weapons behind for their military and bring our troops home? Having The Failure involved sure won't help anything!

We CAN leave, and who care if the al-Maliki government (allied to Iran) falls or stands? The problem is that the Iraqi military has very few weapons to fight with. We refuse to arm them.... WHY?

I don't care about Iraq. Bush should return all the money he wasted in Iraq back to the businesses on wall street.

I agree that it would be a good idea to let the civil war portion of the Iraq drama play out. Once the Iranian-backed Shiite puppet theocracy had conquered our Shiite puppet democracy, though, we'd just have to go right back in again.

We can't leave. Al-Maliki will not survive w/o us for the time being. Get used to it!

We don't have to leave them high and dry. We can provide diplomatic and financial assistance. Just make sure it isn't an open ended committment. I'm not buying the party line about our departure resulting in chaos.
