For what vehicle? You could put that tire on 50 different makes/models of car and each will have a different recommended pressure.
Also, your tire isn't a "215/35ZR18" - you need to include the service description or you won't get an accurate answer. Is your tire a Light Load, Standard Load, or Extra Load capacity? Each has different inflation requirements. The complete size has to be one of the following:
P215/35R18 73_ (Light Load)
215/35R18 80_ (Standard Load)
215/35R18XL 84_ (Extra Load)
The inflation pressure you use will depend on which load capacity tire you have. At 35 psi for example the difference in load carrying capacity between the P-Metric standard load and the Extra-Load is over 250 pounds - or more than 1,000 pounds for all four tires on the car!!!!! The Standard Load tire at 35 psi is equal to the Extra Load tire at just 29 psi. Too much or too little pressure can be dangerous so these are important distinctions.
More information is needed, such as year, make and model of vehicle and the original equipment tire size complete with service description and recommended pressures, plus the complete size and service description of the 18's. not just the dimensions.

Anywhere between 30 and 36lbs/sq inch is fine. The precision of getting it exactly right is absolutely pointless. The bigger the car, the higher the pressure. 30 if you've been stupid enough to put those wheels on a Corsa or similar, 32 if on a small hatch like a Focus, 34 on a Mondeo sized car or 36 on a Mercedes S-class type car.

It is NOT what's written on the sidewall of the tyre - that's just a test pressure, nothing whatsoever to do with its fitment to your car. It's frightening how much ignorance there is about this. I'd refer you to Mark_f's first paragraph.
