i've seen people use "bw" for "between" a couple college profs did and i know one also used "bw" for "by the way" i guess when you have a "dr." in front of your name, you can do as you please. it didn't always make sense. and "bl.ow job" is usually "bj" ......maybe a context clue can help you!

black woman? as in sbw, single black woman??
in my job, in printing, bw means black and white...but has nothing to do with the industry you reference.
