First, if you have more than one of them they are worth jail time if you try to spend them because they are forgeries. Real bills would not reuse a serial number for the same denomination and series.

If you do not have more than one, the value will range from $22.00 (if the bill is in "good" condition) to $85 (if the bill is in "uncirculated" condition) according to the "Blackbook Price Guide to United States Paper Money Edition #35" (2003).

It all depends on the view of the person.

For the people who see no value in an object from that far back, it would just be $20.

For the people that do see the value in it, who knows, there are people that would spend thousands on that sort of stuff.
