I don't think you can out grow that one.. no matter how many times you do it you still just have to try it again lol.. and for some reason its like you dont know what to expect even though its the same each time. gotta love it

I used to do it to check the battery to make sure it was good before installing it. It's a lot quicker than digging out a voltmeter. I haven't done it lately simply because I haven't been using any devices that run on 9V batteries.

Yes, just knowing that you'll get a little shock wave on your tongue makes me want to do it. LOL! That was back in the day.

I still do if I need to know if it is good or not.
Then I get my 3 boys to do it too.
