they feel very sore to the touch a bit like a bruise that hurts

You will know your breasts are tender if you try to touch them or something else tries to touch them. I had to get a bigger bra size because of having been on the pill and because they were so tender due to the hormones in the medication the size bra I used before only made the problem worse.
Breasts can be tender because one's period is about to come or if they are on birth control pills as I am for medical reasons because of the hormone in the medication.

They are sensitve to touch, and they can feel bruised. This happens when you are developing, on certain tablets, or pregnant. Hope all is ok!
