How come on SVR 2006 I just beat RVD at Wrestlemania 21 and I changed the title to ECW and I didn't get neither ECW arena Wrestlemania 21&6 arena or Wrestlemania PPV

to get the ECW arena you have to win the Money In The Bank Ladder Match in Exhibition Mode on Legend Difficulty, i forgot how to get the Wrestlemania arena

That's because you need to beat all the challenges in challenge mode. beat certain sets like superstar mode and you will get rewards.
