Has there been any faith that gives you a simple way to go to heaven without any price for you to pay????

For those of you who wonder why you want to live again...Why wouldn't you want to live again? Wouldn't you want to spend more time with your family and friends?

Wouldn't you want to live where there exists no greed, no selfishness, no jealousy, no evil?

You want proof...the bible...why is it the most read/successful/inspirational book ever?

Wouldn't you want to love others? Wouldn't you want to be loved for an eternity??? Wouldn't you want to spend an eternity with your brother or sister or friend or spouse and with your parents and grandparents and great grandparents, ancestors and other relatives and everyone else forever?

Mum of 4...Jesus paid the price.

He didn't have to come in a human form with zero powers.

But he did and bled to death on the cross

Through His Grace we are accepted. He has said that he is a merciful God. Its all about acceptance more than anything else

Your "question" sounds like an advert. Why are you trying so hard to sell a product that sounds "too good to be true?"

Yes, I would want to go to heaven (if by "heaven" you mean the place where God lives), but there IS a price to pay for that (you can't get something for nothing).

How could heaven be a place of peace, love, and light, if people who do not have these attributes can live there? People's spirits don't just miraculously change upon their death. Who you are in this life, is who you are in the next one. If you are not a person of love and light, how can you exist in a realm of love and light? Your very presence would change the nature of the place.

It is not enough to have faith alone. Faith is the power by which we draw upon Christ's/God's power to overcome our own weaknesses. Redemption is not on sale, for the small price of "faith". You can only get true quality by paying the price.

Added: Thanks for that. I know Jesus Christ died for our sins, but there are plenty of references in the Bible to our need to repent of our sins, and not do them again. "Faith without works is dead," for instance. As well as offering his life for us, Jesus also taught us to "be ye therefore perfect, even as my Father in Heaven is perfect". Following the commandments and serving our fellow men requires sacrifice on our part - ie a price that we must pay to prove our faith in Him.

Your question assumes heaven exists and that it's not here, that you have to GO there. Yet Jesus said, at the end of the Gospel of Thomas,

The kingdom of God is already spread out upon the earth, but men do not see it.

The Bible is not proof to anyone who doesn't already believe the Bible is proof. If you want to really tell the good news, put down the book and let your life be such an example people ASK you how you do it.

If one finds bliss, unity with God in unconditional love, within the kingdom of God, in ones own heart, in this very lifetime, What else could you possibily desire? One thing is greater, serving God and all that he created puts bliss in motion.JOY.

when i first heard about heaven, when i was 6 or so, i just couldn't wait to go... "how exciting," i thought.
i'm still excited, but in a more patient way. i don't really know if i believe in heaven in the traditional sense, but i do believe in a form of it.
i'll see you there ;)

Yes I want to go to heaven when my time comes. Jesus paid the price when he died on Calvary for our sins. I know when we get to heaven we'll be happy regardless. That means we'll be happy with or without our families presence. We will have no reason to be sad about anything at anytime.

If heaven looks like Hawaii then yes. Also, they must have chocolate, alcohol, baseball, and many other fun things for me to do.

Yes. I hope that my family will one day be believers in Jesus. I am already a believer. Then we will all be in Heaven one day.
