personally I don;t care I say bring the troops home & let Iraq deal with its own problems.... enough is enough

Iraq's ppl will never be ok. They are, for the majority, a society built on deception. Historically, they have NEVER been ok and according to the Bible, there will never be peace in the MIddle East until after the return of Christ. I say bring the troops home, let 'em kill each other off instead of killing our men.

The only thing worse than going into Iraq in the first place is leaving before some kind of consensus can be had amongst the Iraqi peoples.
To leave now, or with a time certain, would make the US responsible for God knows what kind of blood bath.

They were better off before we went over there to begin with. The thing is, it's like if an oil company were to go purposely spill a million gallons of oil in your favorite lake. You give them 4 years to clean it up. But they can't. Instead they just keep dumping more and more oil in your lake. You get fed up with them and say, "do something about your mess". They come back and say "well if we leave it then your lake will be polluted". So, you are really in a predicament but now they act like the whole thing is your fault and you are unpatriotic for wanting them to clean up the mess that they created. The bottom line with Iraq is that they have half a penis stuck up their rectum. They might as well have a whole one!

Yes... eventually. Things have a way of working themselves out. We cannot police and aid the entire world unfortunately. We are only one nation with troops in a foreign "civil war."

Do you think if the US bring their troops home most of the troops will be okay? I am not trying to be funny, however, we treat our returning troops to a crappy homecoming. Joblessness, homeless, crappy healthcare....etc.

No I think its too early to pull out the troops, not that I agreed with the war to begin with. The people aren't ready to stand on there own and their goverment isn't stong enough to proect them yet.

I don't now. The bonds that held them together, whether we agreed with them or not are broken. That is the crime that western countries have committed in supporting the original invasion of that country. By imposing our values on others is at best hypocritical, patronising and so often racist.
