That when a person tells you there's over a million stars in the universe you believe them, but if someone tells you there's wet paint somewhere, you have to touch it to make sure !?!

Hi sexy, its because stars are far away and 2 hard to count, however paint is close to hand and an object has to make contact at some point, and its usually humans that can read, how many times has a fly spoilt your paint work for instance and they can not read.

You don't touch it to make sure. People are curious so they try to see it out for themselves. Or does that contradict what I just said? Well telling if paint is wet oor dry is simple, but counting the amount of stars in the sky is boring, diffucult, and long. Who wants to do that?

Because we can look up in the sky at night and see the endless number of stars. When we see paint that is supposed to be wet, it doesn't always look wet.

the latter is more convenient to check out.
no one has the attention span or the time to count all the stars in the sky.
personally, someone says the bench has wet paint, i'll take their word for it.

because you cant literally count the stars...but you can see if paint is dry or not..if you can check it you know ur going to...if we cant then we just take their word for it.
