Yes, I do forget if i'm way too busy at work. But, you won't lose weight that way. When I finally remember, I stuff my face and get a bellyache :(
Just eat less of the junk food you like and do some exercise, it's the only real way. Good luck!!

Here is what works for me: I starve during the week, and when I say starve, I mean, I eat REALLY lite. Saturday I pig out like no ones business and drink lots of beer! Then on Sunday I cook all day to get ready for the week.

I use to forget when I had a lot work. But now things have really slowed down so my stomachs reminds when it's lunch time.

Yes...when i am too busy working...or too busy learning something new...i can sit for an entire day without remembering that i haven't had any food....but i do eat once i finish!!!!!
