I saw two billboards while driving. can someone tell me anything aboout them. #1 said GEORGE B SH
#2 said F EL PRICES
any idea who is responsible for these signs and what they are advertising?

I bet it's a newspaper saying how they give YOU (U) the complete story. they will then fill in the missing "U" on each.
