As far as take out goes; I like Quizno's Sub's, Jason's Deli, Boston Market & Panda Garden (Chinese Food).
I hate cooking 2 home but I usually do low fat casserloles with chicken, soups & just about anything with chicken except fried. I also love pastas & seafood but I go out for those.
the ONLY fats food I might eat is Jack in the Box or Sonic & VERY sporadically! I like being a size 6 NOT 16!

I was taught in nutrition class that there are some "superfoods" that are especially healthy if that's what you mean.
All around good foods would be:
-fatty fish like salmon (that give you good cholesterol)
-avocados for vitamins
-soy beans for protein,
But take it from this reliable link listed below to check out the facts!

As far as meat goes, it depends on you blood type. Beef is best for O+, Fish for A+. Pork is not that great for your body because a pig can sustain snake bites and insect bites without harm due to its heavy layers of tissue and no one ever knows. .
