Daryl Hair is an Australian cricket umpire.
He was / is considered to be one of the best umpires in the world but his Carrier has been very controversial.
The first controversy came when he continually no-balled Muttiah Muralitharan for throwing. He had every right to question Muralitharan´s bowling action but the way he did it was wrong.
Scientific tests were done to prove Muralitharan´s bowling action was fair and within the rules.
Last year Daryl Hair was also the umpire in the infamous test between England and Pakistan. During the game he penalised the Pakistan team for tampering with the ball, which is against the rules. No other international umpire had ever done this, it is like calling a team cheats, so Pakistan were obviously distressed at this allegation and refused to return to the game after a break.
Umpire Hair then awarded the win to England claiming Pakistan forfeited the match.
These actions have led many Asian teams to call umpire Hair a racist.
I personally don´t think he is racist, I think that he just believes that he is more important than the game and does not use common sense in regards to the rules. Due to these reasons he should be sacked as an umpire!

he has been preaching anti American and anti white sermons at his church, ABM denies that in 20yrs. of attendance he knew of those DVDs and sermons until eventually after he began to run for president, the gaff isn't the sermons it really is denying there existence, extra efficient watch the records the subsequent few days,that is about to get interesting, that bias that Hillary complained about is going to convey some information human beings down a peg

Darrel Hair has been banned by ICC from umpiring any international cricket matches until the end of his contract, whic is upto March, 2008.
