Threaten to switch carriers, that usually gets their attention. You can also try going into the store and demanding to speak with the manager about it.

Sprint (believe it or not) is a member of the Better Business Bureau. They may not give you an answer to your satisfaction, but at least they will listen to you.

What are they overcharging you for? Point it out on the bill in a written letter. Print out the details of your plan. Compare and contrast this with the bill you received.

Threaten to get a different phone service, and even if they do fix the problem, when your contract is up, still switch your cell phone provider. I had the same problem with sprint with the over charging so I switched.

Go into the store and tell them you want to cancel your service. They normally ask you why, so calmly tell them what's going on, and you'd prefer not to deal with them anymore. They'll either fix the issue because they don't want to lose you as a customer or they'll cancel your contract. Either way you win!!!

There's so many carriers out there! Sprint sux anyway.

Switch carriers when your contract is up, and tell them why. Document everything - date, time, charges you're disputing, the names of the people you talked to, the dates you talked to them, everything.
