I have the boost method written. I just need to know how to have the speed increase for a set amount of time.

Use the expiration of a timer to reset the speed to normal.

When you enter boost you modify the speed variable to allow faster movement and start the timer.

Upon timer expiration you reset your speed variable and disable the timer to prevent it from retriggering.
