This is hand drawn lettering. The "B" is obviously hand drawn. Possibly inspired by German typefounders Gebr. Klinngspor, Offenbach-am-Main selection of typefaces namely: Maximillian Antiqua, also Narcissus.

Most fonts used for large companies are proprietary. They were designed specifically for the company by a commercial artist or typesetter. There may be fonts that emulate certain commercial logos (i.e. the "Buffied" font looks like Buffy the Vampire Slayer), but the Boccacinos font has probably yet to be emulated.

This font looks like a variation of the font Castellar (true type). Try checking out the free downloadable fonts at www.AcidFonts.com. I have been using that site for years to find the right font. :-)
