the question is....why would she do something like that?? i have a really close guy friend that was raped when he was two && i'm still uncomfortable talking to him about it...but i was molested when i was three && i would be very hurt if someone made fun of me or called me a slut or something like that...so i think you should confront her or tlak to an adult or something...because i just don think that was right with what she did....&& sorry that someone would actually do that to you

If it was me, I'd simply thank her disinterestedly, then try to ignore it.
And as a victim of childhood rape, I am seriously suggesting that you need counselling. I'm in counselling at the moment, and every month it seems I find something else that has been twisted and damaged by what happened. Like the way I find it hard to trust; or where I put up a smokescreen so thick that only 3 people have ever seen through, and only about 5 others guess that it exists (all close friends or my sister). Or even the way where I can sleep with someone because I'm drunk, but never if it's because I really like them. I can't even seriously like anyone!
I feel like I'm being cheated out of having a full life because of it... (My gosh, this is starting to read like an essay! I'm sorry!!)
But seriously, get help from somewhere.
And as a said: the girl won't know how upsetting it is for you, anyone who hadn't been hurt like you have been would simply have cracked up laughing, torn it up in front of her and said "Thanks, but I've already heard this from my mom/priest/bible", snicker, and leave it at that. Of course, I recognise that's rather mean, which is why I said just distantly thank her, and let it go.
Good luck with everything though.

I would just ignore it. She meant to insult you, but if she does nothing else, just let it go. The poor thing, no wonder no one likes her. If she does anything else you will have to confront her, but just for now, let it go.
I am so sorry about when happened to you when you were a child. I hope someday you do choose to talk to someone about it.
Good luck to you.

I doubt she would realise. Personally I think that if what she said upset you then yes, you should confront her. Tell her how much it upset you and why. Maybe she will realise what she did wrong if you do.

in my opinion you should confront her. she did that without thinking if it would hurt anyone. You need to tell her so she wont do it to someone else, she could get hurt. Take Care!!!XOXO
