When i sign up for this no one ever said anything about how to get a face to appear i see alot of people with the little cartoon faces so how do i get mines

Create a 360 account, then go into your info and click the option that says use 360 picture

Those aren't cartoon pictures, they are the real thing, in fact, it's their drivers license photo.
