The closet drinker is now sick of hiding...
You are my friend up a creek without a paddle in this case.
Go to Al-Anon and start hearing what you've been living. Best you can do is love her, care for her, dont pity, dont slander and no matter what she does, make your life as complete as you can while she self destructs. In the house, you are on your own, if you go to Al-Anon you can find the tools you need to cope with this. Good Luck and I am truly very sorry.

Bad thing. Call her during the day, see what she is doing. Today is Friday- suggest something. Figure out what has drove her to drink.
Marriage is about the good and the bad; you can't dismiss her because she has a problem.

Did you mention this to her? Communication is best in a marriage and I would see why she is getting drunk everyday before you don't show up tonight. But, if she is that drunk, maybe she won't notice you not there.

I like to get drunk once in awhile but every day sucks and a woman is the worse drunk to be around in the world unless you get drunk with her . Take advantage of it get her drunk and have a threesome make it look like its all her fault lol

Good thing - enjoy the night out & hope you "relax"
She sure is trying to TELL YOU something, but can't SAY IT!!
See if you can get her to agree to either talk to you, or go to Alcoholics Anon..., she may need some help just to explain this unusual behavior to you!

bad thing..........why would she just start to all of a sudden do this drinking and getting drunk? Is there some underlying problem? There must be. You need to have a long conversation with her about this.

I wouldn't think that much about it, you know? If she's on vacation, then I suppose that's her right to do so. Unless she does this all of the time, I'd think then there's a serious problem. Vacation is just that, vacation. =)
