unless you get some E-numbers in you now, try and find all the mountain of banned blue smarties they removed from all the packs!! then youll be super hyper, and youll be normal again :D

find out what it is that is doing your head in in life, get rid of it or multiples of it, watch some ricky gervais or peter kay, eat your favourite food and hang out with people you like
