Has anyone else out there reached to breaking point with their miserable job?

I'm looking for a new job, but this is killing me.

Oh god, do I know the pain. I was in a job for two years and literally dragged myself to work everyday. I had rent to pay and couldnt quit, and had always heard you are more "attractive" to hire if you are in a job.

Keep applying, and focus on the fact that you WILL get out. Dont get disillusioned and try not to get too depressed. If it gets too much and you feel its killing your soul, look for something part-time or go to temp agency and quit. Nothing is worse than hating yourself for 8 hours a day.

I did. I quit.
Sometimes you have to weigh the options and decide what you have to do for your peace of mind. Its hard when you have to pay bills--you can't just quit. But hey, McDonalds and Walmart are always hiring. Sometimes you just do what you have to do until you can get back on your feet.
