Some one always ends up hurt cause there are feelings attached. The best way is to be honest and tell the person how you feel and why.

Good luck

The fact that you are even asking such an absurd question clearly demonstrates you have lost your integrity.

It's not about your feelings or even their feelings at this point if you are planning to end a relationship. Somewhere along the way you stopped being honest and direct, played silly games, and now you are all tangled up is pathetic confusion. If you can't straighten up and be honest and do this with some dignity while being straightforward and honest, then it's because you know you don't deserve any respect at all.

So go away.

I don't think you can. Someone will be hurt in some way no matter what. That is, unless you've had only a platonic relationship.

If your emotions haven't gotten the best of you, and you remained "just friends," it IS possible to be sexually involved with someone but not "in love." I've been there and walked away without getting hurt.

But once the "I-love-you" thing enters, it's impossible.

You don't, it always hurts a little. Whether it's a pain for the end of a love or the pain of realizing how much time was wasted on a bad relationship.

No such thing! I really believe this with all my heart. I know that seems unfair, but ending any relationship is painful for at least one of the two involved. You just have to do it.....then hopefully the healing time is short for the both of you :-)
