You might want to look into your parents thing. I was told that your parents can have you on their insurance until you turn 19 years old. or if you still in college you can go longer. I was kicked off my parents when I turned 19. So you might still be covered sweetie I'd look into that. Just call the Insurance company he has. Also the M-care is a good choice.

Apply for medicaid. It can take up to 90 days to get it, but if you're single, pregnany, and don't have insurane, you will have no problem getting it, unless you make ungodly amounts of money, and I am sure you don't, otherwise this wouldn't be a problem. They will sometimes give you a Medical card and you'll be responsible for a co-payment, but not in all cases. It's definitely worth checking into. Oh, and some states will make the father pay them back for it, too.

I don't know where you are, but if you are in the US and you don't have insurance you can get on medicaid. It will cover you during your pregnancy and I think 3 months after and it will cover the baby for 1 year. It almost doesn't even matter about your income, if you don't have insurance you will qualify.
Call your local department of health they are in the phone book and they will tell you who you need to talk to.

the doctors office you do your prenatal care will give you the iniformation on getting government assistance for pregnancy and child insurance. you can also check your state website under families and they have the same info. You'll be well taken care of with insurance and anything else you need since you are a single mother with no job.

Check into Medicaid. I used for it for a bit before I decided to just have my baby at home and we paid our midwife cash. Just a few doctor's appointments and an ultrasound cost more than all my prenatal care and birth with my midwife.
