Yes, and you'll be charged sales tax regardless of where you buy your ticket, since Disney has "nexus" (the taxing authority's word for "being in their jurisdiction") with every state as well as the District of Columbia.
If you're an AAA member, you can purchase discounted tickets at your local AAA office.

Unfortunately you will have to pay the tax whether you buy them now or wait until you get to the parks.
I'm not sure what kind of a ticket you are buying, but if you have a longer pass, we will be better off buying in adance, even though you still have to pay tax. There is an advance purchase savings, it doesn't save a lot of money, but it saves a few dollars and then you don't have to wait in line at the parks.
Have a great time!

Your Uncle has to get his share of your vacation also. Uncle Sam does apply taxes to your Disney tickets and everything else that you will purchase while you are here.
I think the only way around this is if you have a tax exempt status.

Orange county sales tax is 6.5%. All tickets are taxed, no legal way to avoid it. Sometimes parks will post tax inclusive prices, just to confuse us all, LOL.
