First of all you would have both the scientific, technical, and mangerial skills and knowlege for your position. You would know exactly how many uranium fuel rods you needed, their proper use, storage, and exchange schedule, and disposal mechanisms and systems. In short, you would have all that technical and scientific data at your disposal when you took the job. It would depend upon the size of the reactor's core, etc. and the type of fuel.

You would have to study demand for power based on kilowatt hours used in your market place, then figure how much uranium was required per kilowatt hour of electricity produced. Once you had those figures you could estimate the amount needed for gross production using total number of kwh required to fulfill the market demand.
