When you brush your teeth....?

do you apply new toothpaste before you brush your tongue, or do you just go straight from teeth to tongue?

Depending on how clean my mouth feels, I usually brush two or three times. Bottom line: I gotta have a super clean, fresh mouth, so I make sure I brush every part of my mouth thoroughly. Doing it in stages or sections ultimately will not matter if you do a good thorough job. Also, a clean tongue (and the rest of the mouth, obviously, but especially the tongue) is the key to fresh breath. Good question! (;o)

I go for the teeth first...My toothpaste is so strong, that I have to tone it down a little by brushing me teeth first, otherwise the fresh toothpaste would blow my taste buds off my tongue!

I brush my tongue first then go to teeth. I rense with mouthwash before brushing and after too.

I brush my teeth and have a tongue scraper for my tongue.

I rinse my brush.. and i have this neat tool that cleans the tongue.. all you do is put a little bit of liquid that comes with it...and swoosh your tongue.
