Anything in moderation is just fine. Like others said,
1. Choose non white bread..it turns to sugar in your body.
2. A little cheese is good, most people dont get enough calcium
3. A little mayo is fine, just tell them to go light, not dump it on.
4. Choose a lower fat meat
5. Don't forget lots of colorful veggies

Be sure to eat this minus any chips or those darn good cookies. Drink water or a juice, if you dont eat much whole fruit daily. Remember what your serving sizes are !!

It's healthy only if you don't get the cheese, drop the mayo totally - make sure it's wholegrain bread, not just wholewheat. You can always add more veggies to spruce it up - sprouts are great on a turkey sub. Actually, also check to make sure it's not processed turkey. If they have real chicken, go with that instead.

Well as far as calories and nutrition its good. But if the mayo has had a chance to get even remotley warm it could be bad for you. Also if the restaurant isn't clean or food isn't handled properly that can be bad too. The subway around the corner from me always has rotten tomatoes. Definetly not good for you.

I think that it is pretty good for you! Sometimes when I do the weight watchers diet I get a subway because they are very low on points! Using light mayo is good! Make sure you only use vinegar and not the oil.....I dont think you said you used that anyways!! Turkey is definetely the least fatty one you can get!

It would be best if you left the light mayo off and if you are really watching calories even the cheese but it's good for protein. All around it is good for you.

Well, it makes it fatty because you have the mayo and cheese. If you exclude them out then you will have a very healthy meal.

it's healthy, I can guaranteed that it is healthier than a hamburger w/fries !

Don't worry about the cheese, you have to consume dairy products too !!

Now I can suggest you to change the mayo, put mustard instead, less fat. and I will add more veggies !
But even with that it is healthy, good choice.

Recently i prefer any subway sandwiches other fast food because subway has a healthier menu of items. Not only that but you see and tell them exactly what you want and know how much calories your are eating.

between that and Mcdonalds, Subway is probably healthier although to keep it healthy try to eat small portions and maybe use an oil or vinager based dressing instead of mayo.

it doesn't matter what you get from subway... its all gonna be healthier than other places... only because they rip you off and give you no meat on the sub. all you get is lettuce between 2 slices of bread.
