Mostly he is probably taking drugs. paranoid schizophrenic would be preoccupation with one or more delusions or frequent auditory hallucinations. But would not have disorganized or abnormal behavior, or flat or inappropriate affect.
Sociopathic behavior - disorder - personality. Sociopath - such a person tends to act in a crude and violent manner.
So there is a contradiction.

It all depends on who makes the diagnosis. If you are paranoid schizophrenic, with anger issues and are a sociopath like the rest of us well, you are normal, as normal as the rest of us. What makes you sick is when you try to change out of the normal circle and no longer fit in. And anyone who is not a paranoid schizophrenic, anger issued sociopath like the rest of us is sick, and probably wants to get back to us and therefor be well as soon as possible.

Does this question even need an answer?

Yep, because apparently I'm answering it.

Yes, this person needs professional help. He is a danger to himself and to others around him.
