Your question is not clear. The number of turns refers to the resistor or an inductance? From the information given,12V gives a current of 1 ampere through a circuit. Since the voltmeter is always applied parallel to the circuit, 12 V is the applied voltage across the resistance. And since the ammeter is always connected in series, the current flowing through the meter is 1 ampere. The number of turns doesn't contribute any information to the solution of the problem.
