I'm not gonna, but I was just wondering what would happen. Would they know and could I see what websites they viewed?

by the way, it's an "unsecure" network so theres no need to enter a password.

You would be able to use internet and e-mail services wirelessly. I leave my wireless network unencrypted for random passersby to connect to sometimes people I don't know pull up outside my house and take out laptops, it doesn't scare me. A lot of people run access points on purpose, it's not always someone not knowing enough to secure their network. My network is very secure however my wireless internet is free for the taking.

You would get free internet access, & your neighbor's might experience a drop in their speed. If they hook up their computer physically to router and type in their router's mac address they would know how many computer's are using the network, and if they are smart enough they might put a password on the network, but I highly doubt it. So EnjoY.

If they happened to be viewing the logfiles of their wireless router, they would see a connection to a device, but they would have to do some digging to find out that it was you. You could not see what websites they viewed, but they might be able to sniff your traffic!

Nothing. You'd just feed off of their internet, it's POSSIBLY not a very good idea, but I don't think it's a big deal.

a friend of mine did that on his laptop, and was fined, and internet privalages were revoked, dont ask me how they can take that away from you, but he cannot purchase internet for five years. this too was on an unsecured wireless network.
