i dont think it does when they text you... but when u text back it most likely will... texting to mexico is 10cents per text and thats cause alot of people do it.... i get the feeling egypt would be like 30 cents, places with developing cel systems tend to be more expensive to cover newly put towers etc.. u should email n check it on ur cell or use skype itll be much much cheaper trust me vote me best if i was of help

Unlimited texting means only domestic texting.
International messages are pay per use with most carriers.

YES!!!! make sure that you talk to your cell provider to get it on your plan before you do it. I learned the hard way thinking I had unlimited text, so it would not matter. A month later I had a 500.00 bill, and 300.00 of it was text messaging.

It relies upon on your Metro pcs plan. if you're on the $40 5 dollar plan or more advantageous then you truly have lined on your plan, infinite international texting. if you're on the $40 plan, then you truly don't have international texting yet have basically infinite texting interior of united statesa.. also verify your pal in Finland has international texting on her plan in the different case she will be able of get charge for each message despatched or gained.

It depends on your plan. My kid ran up a bill in the first month he had a cell phone, just from texting. Check your plan, and use e-mail or IM instead if necessary.
