i just went to lunch, the waitress went to refill my tea and when she brought it back she gave it to the guy at the next table, do you know if your glass was clean?

Wow. That sorta stuff is disgusting. I worked at a diner for a little while - i quit right after i noticed this. Basically, you know how when you order a lunch item it normally comes with a cup of coleslaw that no one touches? People would take it off their plate, and forget about it. When they left, the waitress or bus boy would take it, and bring it in the back and they'd use it for the next order. I would see customers like messing with the coleslaw, and the waitress staff would just flip it upside down and put it into a new container.

Hmmmm...that's kind of scary. Next time ask her to bring the pitcher to the table, or take your glass to the tea container yourself....at least that's what I'd do.

You never know. I have been given drinks with dried lipstick on them. It is really gross.
