has any one recieved the money for the noncustodial tax credit.
im having all kinds of problems from the state on mine.any info will help.thanks

To get the tax credit the child has to live with you for at least 6 months out of the year. Plus usually the custodial parent gets the tax credit.

In my state the noncustodial parent doesn't get the child tax credit - since the child doesn't live with you why would you be taking the child tax credit anyway?
