count me as one! i think some of the players (micheal clarke, ponting) are being too egotistical. all they could think about doing lately is to praise the team, all the time! that is not all bad but too much can be seen as being thick-skinned towards the other teams. i have heard team captains praising the winning side at the end of a match but i have never seen this in ponting. he always emphasises how good his team is. again, this is not all bad but it can be insensitive. this somehow at the end looks like as if ponting is laughing at other teams for not beating them. i realize this everytime i read or watch ponting.

Hello, that was 1996 this is 2007.
Even then, an idiot of an umpire (Daryl Hair) made it impossible for Australia to safely play and have spectators in Sri Lanka.
Not just Australia avoided playing in Sri Lanka, Just as teams boycotted games in the last world cup(not Australia)
I support Sri Lankan cricket but maybe your so called heart less Australia coach has something to do with your recent revival.
It seems many uneducated nationalists use this site.

What a ridiculous question. The Aussie have dominated for over a decade. They aren't chockers. They just don't like getting blown up. Do you blame them. When Sri Lanka come to Australia they only have to worry about how much fun they are going to have in the Safest country in the world. They feel at home at the MCG because there are 30 000 Sri Lankans who realise the same thing at the game. Aussie Aussie Aussie!!!!!

I strongly feel that this forum should be considered as totally impartial without any bias to anybody. However, I am pained to note that some people are raising questions purely of biased and partial nature, which is not at all correct. When we are participating in the form, let us forget our country, region and religion and stick our questions and answers which may help to increase the knowledge rather than blaming the countries, players and umpires.
