There is a procedure that can be done. It involved splitting the bones in your legs in half and then offsetting them so they fuse together at a longer length...

THE CONS:
1. No insurance on earth will cover it and it's very expensive $50,000 +
2. No 100% garuantee that both legs will heal evenly, you might have a limp once you heal
3. An extremely long and painfully recovery period...could be 6 months before you take your first steps again.

I'm same height. I stopped growing at 16. Pretty depressing at the time.

Just make up for it in other ways.
Stay slim, build muscles, dress well, walk with confidence.

Just remember who else shares our height:
Tom Cruise,
Sylvester Stallone,
Michael J Fox,
Matt Sera (Current MMA middleweight champion)

You're pretty much done growing. You can go to China and get that surgery that makes you taller. They basically insert a titanium rod into both your tib/fib and can make you grow about 2-4 inches. It's controversial but people are doing it a lot lately. If you find a natural way to grow, let me know.....thanks!

short answer: no. long answer: particular. With an particularly painful and expensive surgical treatment. It contains, surely, breaking your legs, drilling holes into your bones for scaffolding, then on a daily basis pulling them basically somewhat greater aside to create new bone in between as they heal. not pronounced. as properly, what's so incorrect with being 5'4"?

Well if Umaga took hold of your hands and Bobby Lashley took hold of your feet and both of them pulled hard at the same time, maybe you would increase by an inch or so.
