At how many weeks can they tell by ultrasound that you are carrying twins?

extremely early in a lot of cases sometimes others don't find the second one until around 16-17 weeks at a second ultrasound. We found mine at 7 weeks.

I believe it's as early as 6 weeks. They were able to tell I was carry twins by 8weeks. They looked like 2 little peanuts.

My doctor told ME at 9 weeks

my doctor checked at my first scan at 8 weeks. so as soon as you know and get a scan that your pregnant you will see two dots on the screen instead of one

Mine was detected at during my transvaginal US at 6weeks..
