To bad we'll never be able to see that match up. Bo Jackson was a freak of nature. His power and speed where second to none. But on the other hand I have never seen a better defender then LT. I think some one made a reference to The Boz. You can't put Bozworth. And LT in the same sentence. See what I mean lol. I think if it was a do or die situation LT would win that battle.

I would put my money on LT stuffing him, but it could go either way. And as far as what Bo did to the Boz, the Boz isn't 1/10 of the linebacker LT was so that doesn't mean crap.

Bo, but was an athlete, dont get me wrong, LT was a beast, but Bo would make a small cut and then get to the goal line. Bo was really fast for his body type. Bo was amazing to watch, it was sad to see his career end short by the Bengals :(

Great question! I am an Auburn alum and obviously very bias toward Bo. While LT might pull a Joe Theisman and break Bo's leg, I don't think the Great Wall of China would stop Bo when he gets that close to pay dirt.

Man, tough one. I am a huge fan of both guys. Broken hip or on crack changes everything. If LT is cracked-out he wins, no doubt, either way. If he's clean, than Bo runs him over before the hip but not after.

I don't think Taylor would've been smart enough to cut out Bo's legs, so he'd try to take him high. Bo would lower his shoulder and drive him into the end zone just like he did Bosworth.
(Though keep in mind that Bosworth has Tony Mandarich to thank as the reason Bosworth isn't the most colossal bust in NFL history.)

Giants played raiders dec 24, 1989. LT. played with a broken bone in his foot and had a tackle of Jackson in first possession of the game. Highlights are posted on YouTube.

L.T. would flatten Bo Jackson. Bo Jackson was only an mediocre running back with a lot of hype because he crossed sports.

Lawrence Taylor forced the entire league to change the way it ran offences...just to handle him! Bo don't know Jack.

LT by far but between Lawrence Taylor and the new LT (Ladanian Tomlinson) Tomlinson would win!
