probably a train. they can legaly go faster, plus there are restrooms on them - so you dont have to keep stopping just to go to the bathroom.

look up the train time at the amtrak website and i'm sure greyhound has a website as well. i would guess the train is faster, about 4 days maybe? but the greyhould could be close to the same if you get only express greyhounds (not the ones that stop at every dang town that comes along). you know, by the time you pay to go all that way, i think you might be able to find a cheap air ticket that could get you there faster!

I would think a train is faster. It moves at a higher rate of speed and I doubt they make as many stops.

If you live near Greenville, train will be there at 10PM. And landed in Washington, DC for a while (about one hour). And arrive at NY (which I had not touch) least at 11AM.
Greyhound is about a day.

Train is bound to be faster but might be more expensive.
