91 buick regel hood latch?

My cable for the hood to my Regel snapped, now my battery is dead and I need to get under the hood, anyone tell me how to open it, thanks for any help, Jay

You will have to reach inside the grille and open it by hand. Take a flashlight and shine it up there by the latch and see what needs to move to open it.
