What are one of the best sites out there to get custom jrock costumes made?

I want to try to get the outfit that Kyo was wearing in the Obscure video. I hear that there are websites where they can custom make it for you..

..but there are some sites that I just don't trust..

I think I'll be better off if you guys provide me with a link that has this costume already made and up for sale, but it'll be OK either way..

OH and i forgot to mention that Kyo is from a band called Dir en Grey! They are one of my top favorite bands :)
