Yup, on an exit interview I told them exactly what I thought was wrong with the way the company was run... They told me to feel comfortable to tell them honestly how I felt,,, so I did. I was planning on having lunch with some of my friends for the last time and I had my 2 month old baby with me in the company cafeteria. They sent the human resources lady to the lunch room to ask me to leave after they read and discussed what I had put on my exit interview. Yes, I was satisfied but New York Central Mutual Insurance Company still got the last satisfaction, by asking me to leave. After they had told me it would be fine to have lunch with the girls. Mind you people who do not even work there go to have lunch with their friends/family members but I was asked to leave, no reason given to me at all. Duh, I am not stupid I know why they asked me to leave----- They did not like what I had to say.... Oh, Well--- and I bet the President of the company never even got my exit interview...

I'd tell her that she is the most annoyingly wretched person that I have ever had the displeasure to meet. I'd also tell her that noone else in the department likes her and they all make fun of her behind her back.
And her husband looks like Elmer Fudd.
And she dresses like a Spice Girls reject.
And her laugh makes me want to staple my ears shut.

The fact is there is no way that you could get away with things like this one. Often when asked to speak honestly, but what they really want to hear is lies. I would say in situation like this one, you just keep the notes in your heart, but tell them what they want to hear instead.
Remember: Anything you say or do will always come back to you with interest. :)

"BITE MY SHINY METAL ***, MEATWAD!!"
I am not dumb enough to say that to my boss, though. Too bad that you now have that incident on your record in the future. You may as well put your unprofessionalism on your resume, because that boss will be more than happy to point that out to future employers who call and ask about you.
