.both i started because my daughter got on this site. i got hooked. i enjoy it and get some good feed back, if my answers help someone that's just a bonus

I started it out of boredom recently and then got hooked for a bit. Odd how reaching level2 became such an addiction lol. I like answering the questions as well as reading what others think. I learn a few things and get entertained. One thing that's annoying is when a lame answer is chosen as the best answer though.

I believe they receive knowledge, other peoples views. Also, for some of us, it's the interacting and a chance to socialize some.

as u know im obssessed with answers . i like answering people knowing that i can help and give good sound advice..... also i like to see where other peoples minds are at in this world........ some of the questions really leap out at me. and I really want to help these people, other questions however are just mad making...... and yeah i can let my personal opinion on some questions fly off a bit.. but hey they post them not me,.

we like to see what other people think about certain views and ideas. sometimes you also actually get someone who really knows more than you about a certain item. it is often more helpful than none.

I think it's a bit of both, or they're just "trolling."
Because people need to interact...people want help....people want to help others.....or they just want a reaction.
