I brought a nice healthy lunch to work but I really want pizza should I go ahead and spend the $$?

Never pass up pizza....just a little rule I like to adhere to...

No, fight the urge. You'll feel bad about wasting the money on pizza later on in the day. If you stick with the healthy lunch you'll feel great this evening, and it'll make it easier for you to make a healthy dinner selection, if you go with the pizza there is no telling what you'll eat for dinner, You'll figure "Heck, I already ruined lunch today, might as well ruin dinner too." AFter you eat a healthy dinner, go for a nice walk. . . you'll go to sleep with a big smile on your face. . . and you'll feel inspired to have another healthy day tomorrow.

Yup..cuz if you don't get that pizza..you jus going to keep thinking about it. So go ahead and enjoy. Try to cut back the next day, if you are on a diet. Pizza is healthy..that is in moderation.

I'd eat both and then feel bad so I'd eat more crap later to make me feel better, then I'd feel bad, so I'd eat more crap .... ok, you get the point.

Eat the pizza, save the healthy stuff for later. Cuz if you don't you'll always be thinking of the pizza.

Trust me.

yeah why not. have your pizza now and enjoy the pizza. but keep the healthly lunch, because tonight you will feel guilty for eating the pizza, but you can then have the healthly lunch for dinner.
